 I'm thrilled to have you join me on this incredible journey as I navigate the joys and challenges of being a Solo parent to two amazing young people. With a background in Health and Fitness, Nutrition, Personal Training, Early Childhood Education, Special Needs and Healthcare, as a parent to Boys, the eldest daughter and oldest sister to many, I'm passionate about nurturing a healthy and active lifestyle for both myself and my children. In this space, I'll be sharing my experiences, tips, struggles, and strategies, along with some lighthearted moments that make up the beautiful chaos of mom life.
